Warm up sets:
  • 5 x 55kg
  • 5 x 67.5kg
  • 3 x 80kg

Main workout sets:
  • 3 x 95kg
  • 3 x 107.5kg
  • 14 x 122.5kg  (new PB)

"Joker" sets:
  • 3 x 135kg
  • 3 x 140kg,

"First set last" sets
  • 5 sets of 5 @ 100kg
