5 x 67.5kg
3 x 80kg

Main workout sets:
5 x 100kg
5 x 107.5kg
10 x 115kg (Found no of reps easy)

"Joker" sets:
5 x 122.5kg

"First set last" sets:
5 sets of 5 @ 100kg
