Warm up sets:
5 x 40kg
5 x 50kg
3 x 60kg

Main workout sets:
5 x 75kg
5 x 80kg
10 x 85kg

"Joker" sets:
5 x 90kg

"First set last" sets:
5 sets of 5 @ 75kg

Other:
50 kettlebell swings (double handed)
